Thanks you Colleagues, I am writting a papers in regards to South African context where I look at the capabilities and the second assessment. For instances, i represented a student who seemingly has been unfairly treated and a subject of unfair procedure. To me this was confirm when i brought an urge t application for him to register when he was acceoted to register on urgent basis. It transpired that there are no audio. The University of the Western Cape refuses to provide the audio in light of the Constitutional Court. What is more important in regards to capabilities. Is the idea that, if i was not there, and i did not move the application. And did not know the law at the tip of my fingers and or failed by exegencies of law. I would not have pushed the University to the coner in regards to thier conduct that seems to have been the attitudr in 2019 and still is today against this extremely poor student who simply wants to study. Thus, this initiation is not only an acedemic exercise but, real value to change the South African and to speak into existence the Constitutional rights eshrined your section 34. Great work, I would love to have colloborative lecture and or conversation online in regards to this subject especially the secind leg of Prif Nussbaum.
